Agreement between customer and show2world
This Web site is offered to you, the customer by www.show2world.com. Any person who wants
to access the Site to sell, buy or bid for goods and use the services that are provided
(hereafter known as the "Services") must accept the terms and conditions of this
Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions
then you are not authorised to use this Web site.
No unlawful or prohibited use
As a condition for you to use of this Web site, you warrant to www.show2world.com
that you will not use this Web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited
by these terms, conditions,
and notices. Further, your show2world account (including
feedback) and User ID may not be transferred or sold to another party.
Bidding and Buying
By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included
in the item's description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation
of this Agreement or unlawful. Unless you and the seller agree otherwise, or unless
the item is listed in a category that is prohibited by law or by this Agreement.
you will become the item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of the item from the
seller. Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, such as: when
the seller materially changes the item's description after you bid; a clear typographical
error is made.
If you bid on an item, it is an irrevocable offer to buy the item at the bid price.
You are obligated to complete the transaction. The winning bidder is the one who
places the highest bid on an item that meets or exceeds the minimum price as stipulated
by the seller, or, if the auction contains a reserve, that meets or exceeds the
reserve price set by the seller.
Services & Payments
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, disapprove at any time without
prior notice any web content that contains unlawful meterial / content that Malaysian
Government prohibits.
Modification of these terms and conditions
We reserve the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under
